Michael Ted Levin is an American politician and attorney serving as the U.S. representative for California's 49th congressional district since 2019. A member of the Democratic Party, Levin represents most of San Diego's North County, including Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, as well as a portion of southern Orange County. He is currently serving his fourth term.
